Insurance Council of BC Online Portal

Our online portal provides access to various Insurance Council of BC services.
Currently, users can login to do the following:

Update contact information
Register to write the LLQP exam
Apply for a licence
Pay fees owing for existing licensees
Complete Annual Licence Renewal
Register for Council Rules Course and other CE courses

Accessing services through the Online Portal

To access our services online, you will need to have a portal account.

All users must first register for a new account,
as of February 4, 2026.
If you have previously held a portal account in the old system,
you will be able to link to your account after you enter your
personal information.
