Insurance Council of BC Online Portal

Our online portal provides access to various Insurance Council of BC services. Currently, users can login to do the following:

• Update contact information
• Register to write the LLQP exam
• Apply for a licence
• Pay fees owing for existing licensees
• Complete Annual Licence Renewal
• Register for Council Rules Course and other CE courses

Accessing services through the Online Portal

To access our services online, you will need to have a portal account.

All users must first register for a new account, as of February 4, 2026. If you have previously held a portal account in the old system, you will be able to link to your account after you enter your personal information.
